Creative Celebration

What a fantastic occasion!
Teachers at WHS always feel proud of the work pupils produce in school and 17th June was the perfect
occasion to show it off. To have the opportunity to display the creative work of KS3 and GCSE and to
collaborate with the Expression Zone really was a treat.
The Atrium was buzzing with the loud drumming of the lively Samba Band lead by Louis Hopkins.

The dance performed by our Able and Talented dance group left us shaking our hips and wanting more.

Alex Caulfield performed an amazing routine, displaying her fantastic flexibility, strength and flair.   Our Cheerleaders with their daring acrobatics kept the audience on the edges of their seats.
Thank you for the donations towards Westwoods house charity Coffee 4 Craig. Tiffany Horibin and her team raise £20.

Year 8 Art work inspired by Brazilian artist Beatrice Milhazes

The Creative Zone looked stunning with all of the GCSE work on display. Here are just a few images of some of our pupils work.
The evening really did involve a huge team of staff and pupils.
Thank you for all the help, support and massive effort from pupils, staff and parents.
